My name is Trey Smith and I am a full-time nutrition and fitness consultant who specializes in creating personalized exercise plans and revamping your entire diet to help you get the body you’ve always wanted. I am passionate about health and fitness and love being able to help people achieve their goals.
I attended and graduated with honors from the National Personal Trainer Institute (NPTI) Orlando FL, which consisted of 500 hours of hands-on practical experience, training programs oriented to; weight loss, weight gain, functional fitness, group fitness, functional movement screening (FMS), metabolic conditioning, strength and conditioning, TRX suspension training, sports specific and special populations. I’m a 12 year veteran of the U.S. Air Force and have studied and participated in a wide variety of fitness training throughout those years. As an avid recreational runner, I have competed in many endurance events such as numerous obstacle racing events and competitive long distance endurance races. I am also an amateur physique bodybuilder and loyal practitioner of the CrossFit style of fitness among other fitness genres. I aim to implement an eclectic mixture of fitness regimens into my various training programs including arduous military fitness training concepts which draw from various elements of CrossFit, hand to hand military combative training, along with basic bodyweight techniques.
The old saying, “If you do what you’ve always done, you will get what you’ve always gotten” rings true in every aspect of fitness training. What I offer to you is an advanced personalized fitness training program that merges several features of different fitness regimens and concepts to help get you in the best shape of your life.
